  • Why Should I set up an Account?
    • By creating an account at Fashion Fix Boutique you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Also, by signing up for an account you are also entitled to exclusive offers and promotions available only to our online customers! To be included in these special offerings make sure to check the Newsletter box - We usually email once a month.

       

  • How do I set up an Account?
    • By Visiting the Account Login Page Located [HERE] Its free and easy to do.

  • What do you do with my Personal Information?
    • Under no circumstances shall Daybreak Enterprises, the parent company of FashionFix.net boutique and owner/operator of the FashionFix.net web site, share customer or subscriber information with any third party (individual, corporate entity, or agency) unless ordered to do so by court order. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information on orders received.   • Why do you ask me for my Birthday?
    • Its a Suprise! Honestly, Your birthday information is totally optional - We are only interested in collecting our Customer's Birthday information so that in the future we may send out Birthday Cards or emails with Promotional Codes or Specials to be used on or around your birthday!   • Why do you ask me for my Telephone Number?
    • We require your telephone number so that we may contact you in the event there is an issue or problem with your order. To View our Entire Privacy Policy Please Click [HERE]. Also, in the event that you request expedited shipping, phone numbers are required by UPS should they need to make arrangments for delivery.

Shipping Questions

  • How Much is Shipping?
    • Currently we are offering a $5 Shipping UPS and the United States Postal Service (at our discretion), only to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. We are also currently offering FREE SHIPPING on orders of SoxTrot Fashion Socks. (Rev. September 2007) For Alaska, Hawaii and Canada - We charge an approximate weight based fee as viewed below. Totals will automatically be calculated during check out. Up to 10 Pairs of SoxTrot Fashion Socks for $6.50 1 Avalin Sweater Ships for $12.50 2 Avalin Sweaters Ship for $16.00 3-4 Avalin Sweaters Ship for $20.00 etc Gift Certificates are shipped FREE OF CHARGE to the recipient or the purchaser via Postal Service. Areas outside of the above listed shipping areas must phone in their orders for a shipping quote if applicable. Backorders Automatically Ship Free.

  • Do you Ship to My Country?
    • Currently, we ship directly from our website to the Following Countries: United States (48 Contiguous + Alaska & Hawaii) and also to Canada. All other countries will have to email to inquire what the postage to their country will be.

  • Do I have to pay Custom Taxes or Duties?
    • FashionFix.net is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of New Jersey. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country, if applicable.

  • Can I have my Order Shipped Faster?
    • You can call us to see if the item you would like to buy is available for immediate shipping and also to receive a quote on Expedited Shipping. Expedited Shipping is not offered at the $5 Flat Rate or Free Shipping rates.

  • Can I pick up my Items in Person?
    • Our Headquarters location in Sussex, NJ is currently closed to the Public. However, if you are in the area of Hampton, New Jersey, you are more than welcome to visit our FashionFix Boutique at Hunterdon Hills Theatre! We offer many of the same items that are available on our website plus much more which we just can not make available on the website due to product availability or limited inventory. If there is something specific you are looking for on the website, call first to make sure it is instock, if you call us in advance, we could have your entire order waiting for you when you get there. Also, check our show schedule at our hours which are listed on our Hunterdon Hills page. COMING DECEMBER 2007: Our Newest location in Port Charlotte Florida at the Sun Flea Market (Booth #13 - Details coming soon - Keep checking back!).

  • How Long will it take to Receive my Order?
    • Depending on Availability. We ship Priority Mail on most of our orders which average 2-4 days depending on location. UPS Ground varies from 2-5 days and USPS First Class Mail takes 3-7 days. Call to find out what is available for immediate shipping. Otherwise, keep checking the status of your order from the MyAccount page.

  • How can I Track my Order?
    • You can easily track the status of your order by signing up for an account and viewing your Account Details. When you first place your order the status is automatically set to "Order Received - Pending". Once we charge your credit card and start packing your order it is set to "Order Processing" and will usually ship within 1-2 business days. (We Currently Ship Wednesdays and Fridays). Once we ship we again change the status to "Order Shipped". We buy our First Class Postage (SoxTrot) through PayPal and our Priority Mail through USPS Online. Through both meathods we are provided with a Delivery Confirmation number which will be emailed to you via Paypal or USPS direct.

    • We Currently Accept VISA and MASTERCARD both Online and at our Retail Store. We also accept payments via PayPal and Google Checkout™.

  • Can I purchase Items with a Check/Money Order?
    • If you would like to pay via Check or Money Order you will have to call your order in and it will not ship until payment has cleared. If paying with a Check you must include your Telephone Number and write your Driver's License number, Issuing State and Expiration on the top of the check. There is a $25 Returned Check Fee. You can also do an e-Check or Money Transfer through PayPal.

  • Do I Have to Pay Sales Tax?
    • FashionFix.net is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of New Jersey (7% on Non-Clothing Items). Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, if applicable on orders shipped to any other state or country.

Return Policy Questions

  • What is your Return Policy?
    • Refunds will only be issued in payment method of the original sale, with the exception of cash sales at the FashionFix.net boutique, which will be refunded via check by mail. In other words, credit card purchases are refunded via credits to the same credit card account. Orders paid for with a check will be issued a refund check. For reasons of customer security and accounting accuracy, under no conditions will a cash refund be given.   • Can I exchange an Item?
    • Items may be exchanged for a different item/size/color provided it follows the Return Policy Guidlines. To View our Entire Return Policy Please Click [HERE].

  • When, and How can I expect a Refund?
    • Refunds are issued upon the receipt of the returned merchandise at one of our locations. Refunds are issued in the payment method of the original sale. When mailing returned items please allow 7-10 days to process Credit Card Returns and 2-4 Weeks for a Company Check. Shipping charges will not be refunded and the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless items where defective or not as described and a suitable replacement is not available. Order Status Questions

  • How will I know the status of my Order?
    • You can easily track the status of your order by signing up for an account and viewing your Account Details. When you first place your order the status is automatically set to "Order Received - Pending".   • What does it mean when my order is set to BackOrder?
    • While we try to keep enough stock on hand sometimes we sell out of items quickly. In those cases your order will show that items are backordered and once they come back in stock we will ship them to you free of charge. If payment was made via credit card your card will only be charged for what is shipped to you, and once the backordered items arrive we will charge and then ship (free shipping) the remainder of your order to you. If you paid via paypal we will hold the balance until the order is shipped, however if you would like a refund rather than waiting for the back order please email us and let us know! Usually we get Backordered Items within 2-4 Weeks and will keep you posted via email on the status of your order and the items inventory.

We have a retail location in Hampton, NJ in the Main Lobby of Hunterdon Hills Playhouse and in December 2007 we will be opening our second retail location at the Sun Flea Market in Port Charlotte, Florida.
