FashonFix.net accepts VISA and Mastercard both On-Line or by Phone. We also offer PayPal On-Line which enables shoppers to use Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express and E-Checks. We offer the option of PHONE ORDERS for anyone who feels more comfortable with direct contact and personalized service or who does not wish to use PayPal.. Call 1-877-702-2464 between the hours of 7pm and 11pm EST for assistance or if you encounter any difficulty with your on-line order. Credit Card Purchases by phone are for Visa and Master Card Only.
Sales Taxes
FashionFix.net is required to automatically charge, withhold and pay applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of
New Jersey only.
Return Policy
All sales of intimate apparel and swimwear are final. Federal and state laws prohibit the return of intimate apparel. Intimate apparel constitutes bras, girdles, corsets, panties, garter belts, etc.
All sales of earrings for pierced ears are final. Local health regulations prohibit the return of these items.
All sales of custom made or custom ordered merchandise are final. In some rare cases, vendors may be willing to accept a return of custom-ordered, but otherwise standard, merchandise. However, it is typical for these vendors to charge a restocking fee. This fee, if imposed may vary by manufacturer, but the standard restocking fee is 15%. It is the responsibility of the consumer to inquire about returns/restocking fees prior to placing their orders.
ALL SALES of Clearance Merchandise (30% or more OFF) are Final Sales.
ALL OTHER ITEMS may be returned for refund. Refunds will only be issued in payment method of the original sale, with the exception of cash sales at the FashionFix.net boutique, which will be refunded via check by mail. In other words, credit card purchases are refunded via credits to the same credit card account. Orders paid for with a check will be issued a refund check. For reasons of customer security and accounting accuracy, under no conditions will a cash refund be given.
In order to receive a refund the returned items must be received in our Return Department within 2 weeks of the original shipping date. Refunds will be issued in the form of credits to the credit card account used for the purchase, only after returned merchandise has been inspected and found to be in the same condition that it was originally shipped. If visible signs of wear or damage to the item are apparent, the return will be rejected. Upon notification, the customer will have 7 days in which to request that FashionFix.net returns the merchandise, at the customer’s expense, or dispose of it. Items may then be discarded; resold, or donated to a charitable organization of FashionFix.net's choosing.
ANY MERCHANDISE RETURNED MORE THAN 2 WEEKS FROM ITS ORIGINAL SHIPPING DATE WILL BE REFUSED A REFUND. THE CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED AND WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO EITHER TAKE THE MERCHANDISE BACK AT HER/HIS EXPENSE OR DONATE IT TO CHARITY.
Shipping Policy
FashionFix.net offers a Flat Rate of $5 Shipping UPS and the United States Postal Service (at our discretion), only to addresses in the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii and Canada - We charge an approximate weight based fee as viewed below. Totals will automatically be calculated during check out.
